PostNL appears to be taken over by those addicted to seeing engagement metrics go up. They are removing useful features to force interaction with the app or email. App notifications no longer show estimated time and just says to look for it in the app (notification has become less useful). Email subjects used to show the time of delivery and now it just shows "this is the time for your package" and the actual time is only in the body of the email (email subject is less useful). Shameful!

The app lies a lot. A driver is almost there only to suddenly be unable to deliver. the app urges you to be there for a heavy delivery but the driver does not show and dumps it at a collection point somewhere in the city. A mailbox package with foto will be delivered tomorrow but takes a week or disappears. international deliveries are at the PostNL clearinghouse but cannot be found in the app, only in track17.

I certainly like this app. No question about that. It has a little quirck that costs 1 point. There is no way to tell what happened to a missed delivery. I have one in my list that is 2 months old. I have no clue what was supposedly in it. I am missing nothing though. Additional info: delivery was scheduled 16 March. Could it be that it was combined in new delivery?

Hi Paul, dank voor je feedback en gebruik van de app? Was het een brievenbus pakje wat al 2 maanden oud is?
